The troubles of former Pakistan PM Imran Khan are not decreasing. A new case has been registered against the former PM, who is already facing many cases. Imran Khan is accused of trying to incite government officials to rebellion through his social media posts. According to media reports, Pakistan's top investigating agency Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered this case.
FIA filed case against Imran Khan
A team of the investigating agency went to Adiala Jail and tried to question the former PM. However, the team had to return empty-handed as Imran Khan refused to participate in the interrogation without the presence of his lawyer. Pakistan's Information and Broadcasting Minister Ataullah Tarar issued a statement saying that 'FIA will also investigate who was running Imran Khan's social media handle, so that it can be found out who tried to spread anarchy in the country and undermined the national security of the country.'
Tarar said that through Imran Khan's post, a conspiracy was hatched against the Chief Justice and the heads of other institutions. An attempt was made to gather people against the big institutions of the country. Imran Khan has been lodged in Adiala Jail since last year and he often makes statements against the government and government institutions through his social media posts.

In which it was written that 'This is not the first time in the history of the country, when a single person (Army Chief Asim Munir) has put the whole country at stake just to save his power. Yahya Khan also betrayed the Awami League and allowed Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to remain in power. Today again the same story is being repeated. Once again one person has all the control and he is destroying the entire system to maintain his hold on power.' Imran Khan alleged in the post that 'some people of the country have control over the resources and power of the country. The Supreme Court is the only institution that is saved from their influence, but now they have started attacking it as well.'
