Among the key projects is the establishment of NTPC’s integrated green hydrogen hub in Pudimadaka, Anakapalli district. This hub, a collaboration between NTPC Green Energy Ltd and the New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (NREDCAP), is expected to boost India’s renewable energy goals. Additionally, Modi initiated the Krishnapatnam industrial hub, a ₹1,518 crore venture spanning 2,500 acres, projected to generate 50,000 jobs.

The Prime Minister’s visit began with a vibrant roadshow in Visakhapatnam, where enthusiastic crowds lined the streets, showering flowers and cheering as Modi, along with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, greeted the public from an open vehicle. The roadshow commenced at the Sampath Vinayak temple and culminated at Andhra University’s engineering college ground, where a public meeting was held.
