Delhi Police has got its second major success in a week. Before this, Delhi Police had seized drugs worth Rs 5600 crore and till now a total of seven people have been arrested in this case.
Officials said the drug syndicate was busted when the car used to transport the cocaine was fitted with a GPS. He said that the police tracked the GPS location to carry out their operation and seized the drugs.

According to sources, the person accused of bringing cocaine into the national capital has fled to London. The recent seizure is linked to the same syndicate which was involved in the previous case, in which more than 560 kg of cocaine and 40 kg of hydroponic marijuana worth approximately Rs 5600 crore was seized.
Delhi Police got big success
It was seized from a warehouse in Mahipalpur, South Delhi on October 2. Four people, namely Aurangzeb Siddiqui (23), Himanshu Kumar (27), Tushar Goyal (40) and Bharat Kumar Jain (48), were arrested on the spot, while two others were later arrested from Chennai and Amritsar. .
Another person, Akhlaq, was arrested from Hapur in Uttar Pradesh earlier in the day. According to the police, Akhlaq used to help in supplying drugs in North India.
Payment was made in crypto currency
Delhi Police has issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against Indian-origin Dubai-based businessman Virendra Basoya, who is suspected to be involved in a drug cartel worth Rs 5,620 crore.
Investigation has revealed that Virendra Basoya is running a drugs syndicate based in London. He had sent two people including Jimmy with the consignment of drugs. He had brought drugs from London to Ramesh Nagar area and is currently absconding. Police investigation has revealed that payment for the drugs was made in crypto currency USDT. Crypto currency was used for payment.
