Kolkata: Explosion on SN Banerjee Road, one injured; Warning in the area

A blast took place on SN Banerjee Road in Kolkata. One person was injured in the blast. After the blast, the Kolkata Police have launched an investigation. The incident took place around 01.45 pm today and Daltala Police Station received information about the explosion near Blochman St and SN Banerjee Road. Police said a man, believed to be a kitchen lifter, was injured in the blast. The police immediately reached the spot and rescued the injured and sent them to the NRS hospital.
