Kolkata rape case: Sanjay Roy's polygraph test at Presidency Jail, CBI able to unearth the truth?

The polygraphy test of Sanjay Roy, the prime accused in the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital rape case, was conducted at the Presidency Jail on Sunday. Along with this, the polygraph test of some others is going on at the CBI office located in Salt Lake CGO premises. Sanjay Roy's polygraph test was conducted between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM. After a long investigation with experts and various equipment, the CBI officials have walked out of the Presidency Jail. What new information comes to the hands of the authorities after investigation with suggested questions and various test items. It's not out yet. In the case of the rape and murder of a practicing doctor, the Kolkata Police arrested civic volunteer Sanjay Roy on the second day of the incident. After his arrest, Sanjay Roy confessed to the crime, but later the CBI took over the investigation. He keeps changing his statement. He pleaded not guilty in the Sealda court. He also did not give a clear answer to the CBI inquiry. There were constant inconsistencies in his statements. Sources in the Central Intelligence Agency say that Sanjay Roy is constantly changing his confession. He keeps changing his statement regarding the reason for entering the hospital, the time of visit to the hospital, the reason for entering the seminar hall of the hospital or the reason for entering the seminar hall and the murder. After that his polygraphy test was required. CBI had applied for polygraphy test in Sealdah court. The court has allowed the polygraphy test of a total of 7 persons including Sanjay Roy. After the consent of the accused, the four were subjected to polygraphy test on Saturday. On Sunday, Sanjay Roy and three others were subjected to a polygraphy test. Earlier on Saturday, a CBI team visited the Presidency Jail. The civic volunteer, who was arrested on a court order, is in the VIP ward of the Presidency Jail. The CBI visited the Presidency Jail on Saturday and conducted an investigation regarding the polygraph test. The investigating officers also discussed with the prison officials where the tests would be conducted and what equipment would be required for the tests. The CBI conducted raids at 15 locations and returned to the Presidency Jail on Sunday morning. According to sources, the polygraph test process started from morning itself. This process continued till three in the afternoon. On the other hand, CBI officials are also conducting polygraph test of two medical students at CGO premises. Meanwhile, 15 CBI teams raided various parts of the city on Sunday morning to investigate the RG tax fund scam case. Around 6:30 am, the CBI visited the house of Sandeep Ghosh, the headmaster who had resigned from RG Khar, and was interrogating him. The CBI also raided the residences of former RG Tax Superintendent Sanjay Vasishtha and another doctor Debashish Som in Kestpur.
