Janmashtami 2024: Small screen stars say Jai Kanhaiya Lal..

Janmashtami: Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna, is being celebrated with devotional fervor across the country tomorrow. The TV stars talked about special memories and arrangements related to this festival dedicated to Lord Krishna. Conversation Highlights: From fasting to midnight aarti, Janmashtami is a part of my life – Devoleena Bhattacharya Ever since childhood, I have loved to celebrate Krishna's birth with full enthusiasm. From the morning fast on Janmashtami to the midnight aarti, these traditions have been an integral part of my life since childhood. Celebrating Lattu Gopal's birthday at home was like celebrating the birthday of one of our colleagues or friends. We were very excited since morning. She prepared very special dishes at home and brought fragrant flowers and fruits and special sweets. Like making arrangements for our birthdays as children. We were always ready to eat the offering offered. Ever since my childhood, I have a special love and affection for Krishna, and now I am very attached to Kanha's innocent Shaishav, while shooting for 'Satti Maiya Ki Pitiya'. I am very happy that this time I will celebrate Janmashtami with full enthusiasm like every time. My nephew is decorated like Krishna – The most beautiful and beautiful memory of Vaibhav Rai Janmashtami is my mother decorating my little nephew like Krishna. Everyone dances it together. Feed him sweets. I want to say that he was born on Krishna Janmashtami, so I want to say that he should be named Paul. Seeing that, Gopal was a different kind of joy for our whole family. My mother used to dress me up as Radha – Shubangi Adrem, and one of the unforgettable memories of my childhood was the Janmashtami festival. My mother dressed me as Radha for my school's Dahi Kala Utsav in Indore. My father used to take me to the famous Lakshminarayan Temple, also known as Birla Temple or Krishna Parnami Temple, where the festival is celebrated on a grand scale. At home, we put small children's footprints on the floor as symbols of Bal Krishna's footprints. We stayed up till midnight for Lord's aarti and relished Mahan Mishri, Laugi Barfi, Makana Keer and many other special sweets which are served as first course to Lord Krishna. My mother and grandmother would do it with great love. My only wish for everyone on this Janmashtami is that Lord Krishna brings happiness and peace in everyone's life. Helping mother in decorating the house – Adesh Chowdhury As a child, Janmashtami was a day full of joy and excitement. I remember waking up early in the morning and decorating the house with flowers, small statues of Krishna and small footprints to help symbolize Krishna's entry into our home. The main attraction is participating in midnight festivities where we sing bhajans. It is customary to break dahi handi the day after the aarti, which is always a fun event. In today's time, we all are very busy in our work. I would tell everyone that in our fast paced world, these traditions remind us to slow down and appreciate the spiritual aspects of life. My family is from Mathura – Hansa Singh Janmashtami was the best festival I saw in my childhood. I want to create a special memory again this Janmashtami. My family is from Mathura and this is about Krishna, our beloved Laddu Gopal. We will sew new clothes for him, decorate the swing and prepare all the food along with “panjiri” prasad. At midnight we will prepare pakka dishes like puri, sabji, raita, keer and celebrate our Lattu Gopal birthday. This year, I will be with my family, so as always I will feel the same warmth and love while seeking the blessings of Lattu Gopal.
