Rain alert: Incessant monsoon rains have brought much relief to people affected by the humid heat in various districts of Bihar, including capital Patna. In this situation, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning for the next 3 hours. Accordingly, 12 districts of the state are likely to receive light to moderate rainfall. Heavy rain is likely to occur in many districts of the state if the Meteorological Department's announcement of rain in these districts is to be believed. The IMD has predicted light to moderate rain with thundershowers over some parts of Patna, Nalanda, Nawada, Gopalganj, Sivan, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jaganabad, Gaya, Jamui and Banga districts of the state. The forecast is issued for the next three hours. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow warning for the possibility of thundershowers in these districts during monsoon.
