HDFC: Customers informed that HDFC Bank's UPI service will be discontinued today

HDFC: Country's largest private sector bank HDFC Bank will shut down UPI service for 3 hours on August 10 for necessary system maintenance. The bank informed the customers about the closure through email. UPI services will be closed for three hours from 2.30 am to 5.30 pm. During this period, customers will not be able to use the UPI service through popular platforms like GPay, Paytm and the bank's mobile banking app. The bank has assured customers that the move is being taken to improve the efficiency of out-of-hours services. The bank has announced that current and savings account holders will not be able to access financial and non-financial transaction services for three hours on August 10. During this period, customers will not be able to make any transactions on the HDFC Bank app, such as PayPal, Paytm, etc., linked to their bank accounts. The maximum limit for intra-bank person-to-person transactions is Rs 1 lakh. Customers can send money on UPI through Personal ID.
