Rizwan was nabbed from Ganga Baksh Marg near Biodiversity Park around 11 pm, said an officer of the Special Branch of Delhi Police, who identified Rizwan as a terrorist carrying a bounty of Rs 3 lakh. A large number of weapons were seized from him. Police recovered a pistol with 3 bullets and two cell phones from Rizwan. Rizwan is a resident of Delhi's Daryaganj area. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) offered him a reward of Rs 3 lakh. Rizwan was added to NIA's most wanted list. Delhi Police and NIA have issued warrants for Ali's arrest.
