Hyundai launches small electric SUV INSTER, will give 355km range in a single charge
Hyundai Inster EV: South Korean auto manufacturing company Hyundai has launched its new micro sub compact electric SUV car Hyundai INSTER EV at the global level. This car has been launched at the Busan International Motor Show 2024 in Korea. Although this car has been launched at the global level, there is no official information about its launch in India.
It is believed that this car is going to be the company's smallest compact electric car. Hyundai has given many features in this car. The car takes half an hour to charge from 10-80 percent. The car gives a range of 355 km on a single charge. Its price has not been disclosed yet. It has two battery packs, fast charging facility and many features for safety. It will be launched in India soon.
Features of the car
Talking about the features of the car, it has many features including fast charging, 15 and 17 inch tyres, 280 liters boot space, sunroof, bold design, dark/beige colour interior, cruise control, 15 inch alloy wheels, 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster, 10.25 inch digital infotainment system, USB charging point.
Design
The design of the new INSTER is quite bold. The company says that this car is the most stylish and range-giving electric sub-compact SUV in its segment. In terms of dimensions, the length of INSTER is 3825mm, width 1610mm, height 1575mm and wheelbase 2580mm.
Battery and motor
The car has the option of 42 kwh and 49 kwh battery packs. The car takes only half an hour to charge from 10-80 percent. The car has a range of 355 km on a single charge. The car has a single motor, which generates maximum power of 97 and 115 PS and torque of 147 Newton meters.
Interior
The car will have a touch screen 10.25 inch digital cluster and a 10.25 inch infotainment system which will include features like navigation and wireless charging. The car has seating capacity for 5 people. The car will have a boot space of 280 liters.

According to the information, the company will first launch Inster EV in Korea, after that it will be launched in the markets of Europe and Asia Pacific. In the Indian market, this car will compete with Tata Punch EV. Its prices have not been disclosed yet.
