It has installed this system in its 240 stores across Japan. The company's goal is that employees will satisfy their customers with a smile on their faces.
This AI system has about 450 elements including facial expressions, tone of voice, tone of greeting customers. It is also being said that there is a game that can customize the behavior of employees.
A test run has also been conducted for this. AEON has installed the system in eight stores and monitors about 3,400 employees. As a result, customer service has improved by 1.6 times in the last three months. Based on that result, Mr. Smile has been placed in all stores.
