Police registers FIR for making derogatory comments against Hemant Soran, costing BJP MLA

A case has been registered under the SC-ST Act against BJP MLA Banu Pratap Shahi for commenting against Hemant Soren. The case against Banu Pratap Shahi was filed by JMM worker Rajendra Oran at Ramna police station in Garwa. A JMM worker claims that BJP MLA Banu Pratap Shahi made indecent comments to Hemant Soran. A JMM employee wrote in the complaint that on July 22, BJP MLA Banu Pratap Shahi, while addressing workers in Ranchi, grabbed Hemant Soran's hand and threw him out of his chair. Actually, in many places khata means collar but Banu Pratap says that khata in local language means wrist and not collar. Collar is called dota in their place. Banu Pratap said that the opposition always told the Chief Minister that they would pull him out of the chair. It is natural language. What did Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato say that no one should use indecent words? Doing this affects the tribal community. After this, he will file a constitutional complaint which is part of the FIR against the MLA.
