MUMBAI: A sailor is missing after a massive fire broke out on board INS Brahmaputra
INS Brahmaputra fire incident: The Indian Navy ship INS Brahmaputra suddenly caught fire on the evening of July 21 while the ship was being repaired at Mumbai NT (MBI). INS Brahmaputra was completely damaged in the fire. Meanwhile, a junior sailor is said to have gone missing in the incident. However, the fire was brought under control on Monday morning with the help of firemen from the naval dock and other ships in Mumbai harbour. The search for the missing sailor continues; However, after the fire, INS Brahmaputra was seen leaning on one side on Monday afternoon. After that, despite all efforts at Mumbai port, the ship could not be straightened to its original position. The ship is leaning forward with its berth and is currently leaning to one side.
