Ranchi News: Kelgaon-Namkum road tender floats again, to be built at Rs 51 crore

Ranchi. The tender for the four-lane road from Galgaon to Nadu and ROP has been re-invited. Ranchi Road Division has released its tender. While the tender was floated earlier too, the tender was canceled due to a technical glitch. The last date for filling the tender is 7th August. This road is to be constructed as a four-lane road and at some places as a two-lane road. A 6.275 km long road is to be constructed at a cost of Rs.51 crore. This road is part of Ranchi Inner Ring Road. After the agreement, the construction of this road will be completed in 15 months and currently work is underway on a section of the Inner Ring Road up to Badagain. 2.52 km via Lem. Meanwhile, a tender has been floated for the stretch from Bandara to Kange Road. Steps are being taken to carry out the work in the remaining area. The Inner Ring Road will be constructed in 10 phases. The road construction department has prepared a plan to construct an inner ring road within the existing ring road. The ROB (Rail Over Bridge) will be constructed at Kedari Bagan between Namgum and Ranchi railway station at a cost of 32.75 crores. Ranchi Road Division is taking action for this. Its tender has been floated. The last date for filling the tender is 7th August. At the same time, a time frame of 18 months has been fixed to complete the project.
