On Friday, shares of Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd, a company that sells electrical appliances and solar PV modules, were listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Shares Rs. 361 which was launched at a launch price of Rs. 90% premium over 190. The company's IPO ran from July 5 to July 9 and was originally scheduled to list on NSE SME platform Emerge. 65.91 lakh new shares were added in the IPO. Founded in April 2016, Ganesh Green specializes in manufacturing solar PV modules, provides electricity contracting services and works on water supply planning projects. The Ahmedabad-based company currently has a total installed capacity of 236.73 MW. Ganesh Green has been a big hit in India's IPO market as it raised an impressive amount of Rs 125.23 crore by issuing 65.91 lakh new shares. Due to overwhelming response from investors, it was oversubscribed approximately 230 times. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to repay debt, fund projects and meet day-to-day expenses and other business needs. Investors believe that the shares of this company will perform well in the coming times. The company has a strong track record of completing successful projects for central and state government schemes like Chaubhagya Yojana and Kusum Yojana. He also started drinking water projects. For the financial year 2023-24, Ganesh Green Bharat posted a revenue of Rs 172 crore and a profit of Rs 19.88 crore. Now we have to wait and see what is going to happen in the stock market.
