Led by Smriti Mandhana, RCB Women showcased a commanding performance, winning the game by seven wickets. This victory marked a significant turnaround from their performance in the previous season, where they finished in 4th place failed to qualify for the knockouts.

RCB Women faced a must-win situation against Harmanpreet Kaur’s Mumbai Indians. Winning the toss and opting to field first, RCB’s strategy paid off. Ellyse Perry, the star of the match, took an impressive six wickets, significantly hindering Mumbai Indians’ batting efforts.

The MI team was all out for 113, setting RCB a target of 114 runs to secure a playoff position. RCB chased down the target with five overs to spare, thanks to notable performances by Richa Ghosh and Ellyse Perry, who remained not out at 36 and 40 runs, respectively.
