Then the weight will increase instead of decreasing.
5) Vitamin E is found in almonds, which acts as an antioxidant in the body. These antioxidants help to boost immunity in the body and reduce the risk of infection. But if you enter more vitamin E than the body needs, you will not get any benefit. Then there will be various problems like diarrhoea, vomiting, dizziness.
