Sonakshi Sinha opens up on pregnancy rumours post marriage with Zaheer Iqbal

On June 23, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot after seven years of dating. A few days after getting married, the couple was seen going to the hospital, which sparked rumors that Sonakshi was expecting. In an interview with Times Now, Sonakshi poked fun at the rumors.

Sonakshi stated, “It’s (life) never been better. The beauty of it is I am feeling pretty much the same. I am happy that my life was so set before the wedding, and I am back at it. I am very happy to be back to work.”
She added on the pregnancy speculations, “The only change is ab hum hospital nahi ja sakte, kyunki jaisi hi aap niklo, logo ko lagta hai ki aap pregnant ho. (The only change is that I can’t go to the hospital now because as soon as I step out, people think I’m pregnant)”

In a close-knit ceremony, Sonakshi married Zaheer amidst the presence of friends, family, and colleagues in the media, politics, and film industry. Later on, they gave Bastian a wedding reception.
Huma Qureshi, who also acted in the film, co-produced Double XL, in which the pair starred. Zaheer is the son of Iqbal Ratani, a businessman and old friend of Salman Khan. Salman even supported Zaheer’s feature film debut, Notebook, which starred Pranutan Bahl.
