From mobility to warm-up, workout, free hands, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, etc., we focused on the basics as much as he knew. From there we started with body parts related to movement. Due to Mirzapur, the training days had to be increased and after we came to Mirzapur, sometimes we trained for four days and sometimes even for 5 days. Our workout session lasted for an hour and a half. Since toning is automatic by losing weight, we followed a vigorous exercise regimen. But, when she started, her name was like Golu. His weight was 52 kg. Now he is in perfect condition. His weight is 48 kg. I am very happy to say that he has lifted 55 kg more than his body weight. He has done squats with a weight of 35 kg, which is very suitable for a normal average person. We followed this routine especially during Mirzapur because our focus was on strength. Shweta can do push-ups better than many boys. Shweta does a perfect pushup on her toes. He did a hand stand push up. Usually even kids can't do it. Our idea that we should be healthy and strong is very simple. As fitness increased, upper body strength increased, and it became easier for me to teach these because you take your entire body weight on your shoulders. If you seek balance, you must work on balance. We set a timer for 30 seconds and stand on one leg. We followed this development for several months. After this the shoulder got used to it. After that, we focused a lot on all these things, what would be the right place for it? Along with training, he was also shooting for other films. He suffered shoulder and neck problems after falling several times during the shoot. At that point we tried the head stain. Because of that we spent some time focusing on cardio and lower body, so managing everything has been a very long process. It is not easy to build different body composition and body weight for each person while doing the workout. How capable his body is. Everyone has problem areas. Shweta's body is no different. Initially we focused more on endurance. We focused more on stamina and that because stamina was low. I've just started working out so I know I have to focus on everything. Had to work on ABS. I think everyone in that department works hard. Do weighted exercises like weighted plank, weighted crutches, weighted bare rock, etc. to get the abs out.
