Most of them were women and children. The police have registered a case against Bhole Baba's main sevadar and the organizers of the satsang in this case, but it is coming to light that Narayan Sakar Hari's name is not even mentioned in it. Apart from this, some more shocking information has also been found.

According to the information, a crowd of 2.5 lakh devotees had gathered in the satsang of Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba in Sikandrarao of Hathras. Only 12000 sevadars of Bhole Baba were there to control them. A large crowd was gathered by putting up a pandal in a field. There was also mud there. People who fell in the stampede stopped breathing due to mud entering their nose and mouth and this is being said to be the main reason for death. According to eyewitnesses, devotees ran to touch the feet of Bhole Baba and a stampede occurred. It is also coming to light in a media report that Bhole Baba himself had told his devotees to touch his feet before leaving. Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba is missing since the stampede incident and the death of devotees in it. When the police reached Bhole Baba's ashram in Mainpuri, he was not found there.

Bhole Baba's satsang was organized by Sikandrarao's Manav Mangal Milan Sadbhavana Samiti. Devprakash Madhukar was the in-charge of this satsang program. Apart from him, there are 78 members in the committee. Police have registered a case against all of them. The administration says that permission was taken from SDM for 80000 people to attend, but a crowd of 2.5 lakh people was gathered. Apart from UP, devotees of Bhole Baba from Haryana and Rajasthan also came to this satsang. It is coming to light that the arrangements for handling the crowd in Bhole Baba's satsang were not proper.
