Hadhras accident case came to Supreme Court, request to set up SIT to investigate

A massacre took place during a satsang in Uttar Pradesh's Hadhras district. So far, more than 121 people have died and more than 30 people have been injured and are undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the case related to the accident went to the Supreme Court and a petition was filed. This petition was filed by advocate Vishal Tiwari. No one has been arrested in the Hadhras accident yet and the self-proclaimed Baba is absconding and police are investigating him. In the petition filed, it has been requested that an SIT be set up and investigated under the supervision of the Supreme Court. It has been said in the petition that guidelines should be issued to all states to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Also, a report should be sought on what arrangements were made for medical facilities at the scene of the incident. Who is responsible for the accident? The big question is who is responsible for these deaths. Police have registered an FIR. In this FIR, names of other unknown organisers, including Chief Sevadar, were mentioned, but Baba was not named as the preacher at the death satsang. If he is not charged, is Baba absconding under police protection? This baba has so many stains on his back that baba is connected with govt. There are 5 cases against him. 2.5 Lakhs reached the Satsang, 80 thousand were admitted, Police are searching for Baba, and even after searching 4 districts, Baba is not found. While the administration had allowed only 80 thousand people in the satsang hall, 2.5 lakh people came. It was revealed that the organizers had concealed the true nature of the meeting. In the FIR, the cause of the accident was said to be overcrowding on GT Road, resulting in congestion. Baba came out of the place clearing the jam. Crowds of people started collecting dust from the road where the vehicle traveled. During this there was a crowd and many were crushed. The shoes, sandals and belongings lying there were hidden in the crops so that no one could see them.
