After Hazaribagh, the threads of the NEET UG paper leak are linked to Jamshedpur, where the CBI is also looking for a special person.
Jamshedpur: CBI investigation into NEET-UG-2024 paper leak case is underway. Every day new facts emerge. Meanwhile, there are reports that the threads of the paper leak have now been linked to Jamshedpur, the state's second largest city. The group has been camping here for the past three days. The CBI is busy solving the case without any cooperation from the local police. Every day the team reaches different locations, but so far they haven't found anything. The team inspected the outskirts of Jamshedpur on Monday and Tuesday. The CBI team is likely to stay and work here for the next few days. In fact, during the investigation in Hazaribagh, the CBI team found some facts related to Jamshedpur. According to sources, the CBI has found facts that attempts were made to leak documents at a particular center here as well. The CBI is looking for an individual directly involved in the case. This person may be associated with Hazaribagh. The pattern of the crime is also the same: the CBI team investigating the scene at Hazaribagh found several pieces of evidence. On investigation, it was found that the pattern of crime was same at all places. The question papers were digitally locked in a tin box. The box had a manual key lock and another digital lock. The digital lock will open on its own time only with the permission of NTA. The entire area where the question papers were kept was not recorded on the CCTV camera. Therefore, it is possible that the back of the box was opened and the question paper was tampered with. Illegal movement on CCTV: The place where the question papers were kept is said to be very secure and no one is allowed to go there. While examining the CCTV camera there, the CBI found illegal movement of someone. When the crew who showed the footage asked the principal and the viewer about it, they could not give a clear answer. When the central coordinator of Hazaribagh Oasis School opened the lock of the question paper box in the presence of the invigilator and the examiners, all of them did not let the attention of those present, citing the delay. Oasis and Jamaluddin mentored by a third person: The CBI investigation also found facts that the Principal of Oasis School and Jamaluddin were mentored by a third person. The CBI is looking for the man. CBI team probes Hazaribagh CTR: Here, CBI teams reportedly visited Ramnagar, Mandai, Kallu Chowk and other parts of the city on Tuesday in search of the kingpin. Apart from this, the CBI team is also conducting CDR scanning of mobile call details. A DSP level officer and two officers lead the team.
