Congress to hold nationwide protest on June 21 against irregularities in NEET exam

The comments made by the Supreme Court on this issue of serious allegations have drawn attention. It has been emphasized that there should not be any kind of indifference in the matter of NEET examination. Such irregularities have a great impact on the credibility of the examination. It also affects the future of many students. The Congress party has promised in its election manifesto that a strict law will be made to protect the interests of the students in the question paper leak case.

All state Congress committees must hold a massive protest in state capitals on Friday (June 21) to condemn the massive corruption and malpractices in the NEET exam and the NDA government's silence on the issue. Students must press for justice on that day,” the letter said.
Supreme Court's advice: Earlier, petitions filed by students over irregularities in the NEET exam came up for hearing in the vacation session of the Supreme Court yesterday by Justice Vikram Nath and SV Patti. Lawyers appeared on behalf of the central government and the NDA. The judges then said: Even 0.001% negligence in the conduct of NEET and other entrance exams is not acceptable. The central government and the National Selection Agency should be well aware of this. If there is a mistake, the National Examination Agency should admit that 'yes there has been a mistake' and boldly say that 'this is what we are going to do.' This will at least instill confidence in your performance.
If there is any mistake in the entrance exam, then admit it openly and cooperate in the thorough investigation. The allegations of the students on NEET are very serious. The central government and the examination agency should not behave in a hostile manner with the petitions filed by NEET candidates and academics. Imagine what will be the consequences if someone in this society becomes a doctor by cheating? This will cause great harm to the society.
No one should forget the hard work and honest efforts of lakhs of children preparing for a big exam like NEET. Such scams thwart their real ambitions. What went wrong can only be found out through an honest investigation. The Central Government and the National Examination Agency should respond within 2 weeks in the case of irregularities in NEET. An order has been given to send a notice to this effect.

Apart from this, petitions filed against various irregularities in the NEET exam, including the request to conduct the exam afresh, will be heard on July 8. The Supreme Court said this.
Rahul Gandhi's allegation: Meanwhile, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi released an X report saying that the future of more than 24 lakh students will be affected due to the irregularities in the NEET exam. However, Prime Minister Modi is silent on the issue as usual. The arrests in Bihar, Gujarat and Haryana clearly expose the systematic and organized corruption in the NEET exam process. He posted, “BJP-ruled states have been the epicenter of question paper leaks.”
