The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the NTA
Let us tell you that the case of malpractice in NEET paper has now reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) demanding a CBI probe into the NEET case. The Supreme Court has also sought a reply from the NTA within 2 weeks. At the same time, the hearing of this case will now be conducted on July 8.
SC categorically refuses to ban NEET counselling.
On Friday, the Supreme Court issued this notice on the transfer petition of NTA. All the NEET petitions are scheduled to be heard together in the Supreme Court on July 8. The National Testing Agency (NTA) had requested the Supreme Court that the petitions filed against the NEET exam 2024 in the High Courts across the country be transferred and heard in the Supreme Court. Also, the Supreme Court has categorically refused to ban NEET counselling. The court said there was no order even on the petition seeking a CBI probe.
