Make apple jam like market at home

The apples from which you want to make jam should be absolutely spotless. First wash the apples thoroughly in water. Then peel them very thinly.
Since apple contains iron, its colour changes after being peeled with a knife. So, as soon as you peel the apple, put it in a solution of 0.5% potassium metabisulphite.
Then take them out from the said ball and wash them thoroughly in clean water and keep them soaked in 1.50% calcium chloride and 0.2% potassium metabisulphite overnight. Next day take out all the apples from this solution and wash them thoroughly in water.
Boil water thoroughly in a vessel. When the water starts boiling well, remove the vessel from the fire and put the apples in it and let them stay for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Then take out the apples from this water and put them in cold water. After some time take them out of the water and mash them with the help of a fork. Now mix water in sugar and put it on fire to make syrup and also add citric acid to it. Once the syrup is ready, filter it in a cloth and put the apples in that syrup and put it on fire again.
Let the syrup cook on low flame. When the syrup thickens, remove it from the fire and let it cool down, or rather leave it overnight. Heat it again the next day and leave it overnight. Again heat it
