TDP and JDU demand in Modi cabinet: Chandrababu Naidu's TDP wants this important ministry and the post of Lok Sabha speaker in the third Modi government, know what the other parties including Nitish are demanding

New Delhi. After the NDA's victory in the Lok Sabha elections for the third time, Narendra Modi will once again take oath as the PM on June 8. Modi's swearing-in ceremony is likely to take place in the evening in the courtyard of the Rashtrapati Bhavan as usual. Meanwhile, quoting sources, the media has reported the demands of the allies for his cabinet.

According to Aaj Tak news channel, TDP, which won the second highest number of seats after BJP in NDA, i.e. 16, has demanded the post of Lok Sabha Speaker and the post of Minister of State in Transport, Health, Housing and Urban Development, Jal Shakti, Rural Development and Finance. Apart from this, TDP can also demand special status for Andhra Pradesh. The channel has quoted sources as saying that Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena, which won 7 seats, also wants one cabinet and 2 minister of state posts in the Modi government. Chirag Paswan of LJP (R), which won 5 seats, wants 2 ministerial posts. Jitan Ram Manjhi of HAM party is also among those demanding ministerial posts. JDS, which does politics on farmers' issues and won 2 seats, also wants the Agriculture Ministry.

If we talk about ABP News, then the channel has quoted sources as saying that Nitish Kumar's JDU, which has secured the third position in the NDA by winning 12 Lok Sabha seats, has not yet demanded seats. Nitish Kumar has come to Delhi 2 times in recent times. Before the results of the Lok Sabha elections, he came to Delhi and met PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. Nitish Kumar also attended the NDA meeting on Wednesday. It is believed that 4 ministers from Nitish's JDU can also be made in the Modi government. At the same time, RLD chief Jayant Chaudhary, who won 2 seats in Western UP, would also want at least one ministry. BJP has won a total of 240 seats in the NDA. Due to not having a majority on its own, it has become necessary to appease the constituent parties including TDP and JDU to run the Modi government this time. Now everyone's eyes are on who Modi makes ministers from BJP's quota.
