In the case of murder of Bangladesh MP, West Bengal CID team raided several places in Nepal
Kolkata, 03 June (Tezzbuzz). Security agencies of India and Bangladesh are searching three countries in the case of the murder of Bangladeshi MP Anwarul Azim Anar. After Bangladesh and India, now the West Bengal CID team has raided Nepal.
West Bengal CID officials have gone to Nepal along with a Bangladesh police team in search of an accomplice of the prime suspect in the murder of Bangladeshi MP Anwarul Azim Anar, who was found murdered in a flat in New Town area near Kolkata, state CID sources said on Monday. The arrested butcher has confessed to the murder and cutting the body into 80 pieces and dumping them at various places, including a canal.
According to the police, American citizen Akhtaruzzaman, friend and business partner of MP Anar, had conspired to kill him. The police is also looking for him. There is evidence that he may be hiding in Nepal, after which West Bengal CID officials along with Bangladesh police team went to Nepal and raided several places.
