Palamu: Friends stoned to death, three accused arrested
Balamu, Chandrasekhar Singh: Police recovered a dead body from the Tema forest of Hotai village under Banki police station area of Medininagar on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Kutal Yadav alias Puleshwar Yadav, 24-year-old son of Kamal Dev Yadav of Pindra village under Lesliganj police station limits. What's the whole thing, Puleshwar Yadav has been missing since Thursday. Puleshwar Yadav and his three friends were allegedly drinking alcohol together. Following this, his friends stoned Puleshwar Yadav to death and threw him in the Tema forest. The villagers informed the police. Police rushed to the spot on information and recovered the body. The police have also arrested three criminals involved in the incident. SDPO Manoj Kumar Jha said on Sunday, based on information from villagers, police from Lesliganj and Banki police station recovered the youth's body from Tema forest in Hotai village of Banki police station area. Police have arrested three people including Sonu Bhuyan from Nagdi village on the charge of murder. The deceased went missing on Thursday and Puleshwar Yadav was reported missing since last Thursday. After questioning the family members, a missing case was registered in Lesliganj. Villagers spotted the dead body while tending their cattle on Sunday morning and later informed the police. The SDPO said that the deceased Puleshwar Yadav took three thousand rupees from the accused. When asked by the accused, Puleshwar did not give. An incident has been conducted in this regard.
