Pune police have arrested the mother of the minor accused in the Porsche car accident case. It has been confirmed that the boy's blood samples were exchanged with his mother's blood samples. Police had informed a local court two days ago that the accused boy's blood samples were swapped with those of a woman. Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said on Saturday that investigation revealed that the accused's blood samples were changed from that of his mother, after which he was arrested. Shivani Aggarwal, mother of the 17-year-old accused in the Pune Porsche accident case, has been arrested by the Pune police in the middle of the night. By the time it was revealed that Shivani Agarwal's blood sample had been given at a city hospital, it had been replaced with her son's blood. On May 19, a 17-year-old minor driving a Porsche hit two software engineers on a motorcycle in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. As a result, both died. Police said the accused was driving under the influence of alcohol. A 17-year-old accused in the case was sent to a reformatory. Her father and real estate tycoon Vishal Agarwal and grandfather Surendra Agarwal have been arrested for kidnapping the family driver and pressuring him to take responsibility for the accident. Now the girl's father and grandfather have been remanded in judicial custody for 14 days. The police have also arrested Sassoon General Hospital's then Head of Forensic Department Dr Ajay Thaver, Medical Officer Dr Srihari Hulner and staff member Atul Gadkamble. Accident time. Under the Juvenile Justice Act, the minor must be tried in the presence of the parents. The JJP granted bail to Kishore, son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, hours after the May 19 accident. He was also asked to write a 300-word essay on road safety. But amid nationwide outrage, the JJB revised the order and sent the accused boy to observation home till June 5.
