The Delhi Crime Branch has taken strict action against the fugitive gangster Himanshu Bhav. The Delhi Crime Branch has imposed MCOCA against Himanshu Pao and dozens of his associates. Under this the process of confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to him and his disciples has begun. Let us tell you that on Thursday, an associate of gangster Himanshu Pa was arrested by agencies in the US. His accomplice Sahil Kumar runs an extortion racket with Bhav from abroad and is wanted by the Haryana Police in several cases. In a statement issued by the Delhi Police, on the evening of May 6, information was received about the firing incident at the Delhi Tilak Nagar Police Station. In this, the three accused opened fire indiscriminately inside and outside a Fusion car showroom, spreading terror among the business community of their gang leader Himanshu Baugh. Police said that 6 innocent people were injured in the incident. Based on the statement of car showroom owner Manoj Malik, FIR no. 249/2024, Section 307/34 IPC R.W. A case under 25/27 Arms Act was registered at Delhi Tilak Nagar Police Station. According to the police report, before the firing was over, the accused left a chit describing themselves as a syndicate of the Himanshu Baw gang before leaving the spot. Apart from this, on May 7, the complainant received a threatening call from an international VoIP number and the caller identified himself as Himanshu Pau and demanded Rs. Section 387 of the IPC has been added to the case and MCOCA has been imposed against the Pao gang. On May 14, the case was handed over to the Crime Branch for further investigation. On investigation, it was found that a syndicate of Himanshu alias Pao and his accomplices were regularly involved in illegal activities for financial gain. Hence, MCOCA has been imposed on the Himanshu Bhau gang and further investigation is underway.
