In this regard, a request was made on behalf of the petitioner to order the Election Commission to conduct re-polling in the Mungar parliamentary constituency of Bihar. The Supreme Court refused to consider the petition and asked the petitioner to approach the High Court. RJD candidate Anita Devi has alleged massive irregularities in polling stations in Mungar. In this regard, the Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging allegations. In that petition, the hearing on the petition filed by Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Kumari Anita was held in the Supreme Court today. The Supreme Court refused to consider the case. In fact, the indictment alleged that Booth was captured with the help of the local administration. The Supreme Court directed the petitioner to approach the High Court. During the Lok Sabha elections, Anita Devi filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the JTU, in connivance with the poll officials, committed massive fraud in 45 polling booths in Mungar Lok. Sabah, Bihar. It was stated in the petition that those who opposed were also attacked. An FIR was registered in this regard on May 13. When we met the district election officer about this, he promised to take action but did not take action. On the other hand, RJD has fielded Anita Devi as its candidate.
