New Delhi. On one hand there is extreme heat and on the other hand there is water scarcity. As a result, people in Delhi are facing double trouble. The Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi is constantly alleging that the BJP government of Haryana has stopped the water of Yamuna river coming to Delhi and due to this the people living in the country's capital are facing a severe water crisis. On the other hand, the BJP is constantly alleging that the shortage of drinking water for the people of Delhi shows the failure of the Arvind Kejriwal government. Amidst all these allegations and counter-allegations, UP's Yogi government minister JPS Rathore has claimed that Delhi's water crisis will end soon with the mediation of PM Narendra Modi.

Water crisis has been looming large in many areas of Delhi for the last several days. People are being forced to wait for hours in queues for water tankers. It is also being said that people are facing acute water crisis even in the constituency of CM Arvind Kejriwal himself. Actually, the main supply of water in Delhi comes from Yamuna river. Yamuna river comes to Delhi via UP and Haryana. Due to the heat, the water in Yamuna has already reduced. At the same time, due to the barrage in Haryana and UP, the entire water of Yamuna is not able to reach Delhi uninterrupted. Every year, the people of Delhi have to face water crisis in the summer season, but the Delhi government has not taken any steps to solve the problem forever. As a result, people in the country's capital are facing the problem of water.
