Nissan Magnite Facelift will soon be launched in the Indian market, know the details from possible features to design
Variants with automatic transmission were added to the Nissan Magnite lineup last year. It competes with cars like Hyundai Xcent, Kia Sonnet, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon and Tata Punch. With this, the SUV has completed three years in the Indian market. Now it has to be updated. The mid-life update i.e. facelift version of the Nissan Magnite SUV will come next year (2025). Testing for this new car has already started. Its testing model has also been spotted.
Price (Nissan Magnite Facelift)
Talking about the current model of Nissan Magnite, its price is between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 11.27 lakh. This price is as per ex-showroom. Nissan's updated model may be a little more expensive than this. At present, information about its price has not been revealed.
Design
As seen in previous spy shots, the Magnite facelift has the same silhouette as before. Talking about the design, the upcoming SUV will have a new grille, updated headlamp setup, updated LED DRLs and a tweaked front bumper. It will also get new alloy wheels. Other exterior changes are yet to be seen.
Features
On the inside, the new Nissan Magnite will get better material quality. In terms of features, it can get updates like ventilated seats, auto-dimming IRVM. Apart from this, some reports have said that Magnite will get many features like 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, rear AC vents, keyless entry, automatic air conditioner unit, armrest for front and rear passengers, push button start and Nissan Connect telematics.
Engine and Performance
There are no mechanical changes expected on the Magnite facelift. Currently, the sub-four-metre SUV is offered with two engine options. These include a 1.0-litre NA petrol and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The former produces 72 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque, while the latter is capable of producing 100 PS of power and 160 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT and a CVT unit.
