South Korea’s Joint Chief of Staff said that by Wednesday morning, the army had detected 260 balloons. These had fallen in various areas of the country. They have also shared a photo regarding this. It can be seen that a sheet of garbage is spread on the sidewalks and roads. It includes plastic pieces and dirt.
What was in the balloons?
The Joint Chief of Staff of the South Korean Army said that the garbage that came with the balloons included plastic bottles, damaged shoes and mud. The army is currently investigating. This action of North Korea is clearly a violation of international laws. Such an act is also a threat to the safety of our citizens. He has warned North Korea to stop such inhumane acts.
