Separate rooms are provided for Panchayat representatives and government employees in all the two-storied buildings. Apart from this, facilities such as village court court room, register storage area, store room, reception room for panchayat and standing committee meetings, computer room and toilet have been made. After completion of the construction work, the building was handed over to all concerned panchayat heads by the contractor. Administrative Assistants were appointed and appointed to complete the work on time, income, residence, pension, ration card, caste and other certificates and facilities from the government level in the concerned panchayats. He is instructed to show up every day in every situation and complete the pending tasks. However, the administrative assistants employed in any panchayat government building including Bastar, Badargat, Kolma East, come to the office only a few days a week and are sitting at home receiving the benefits of the government salary. The local villagers raised questions with the Administrative Assistant and said that all the Administrative Assistants return to their homes after coming one day in a week and completing the pending work. Villagers said that this situation exists not only in Badargat and Bastebar, but also in other panchayats including Kishanpur, Kolma East. He has requested the concerned department officials to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter and take steps to prevent the arbitrary behavior of the concerned administrative assistant. PTO Pulak Kumar said: Due to the Lok Sabha elections, the executive assistant was involved in the election work. This has happened because of that.
