Maihar: Collector visited rural areas, saw construction work – ..

Satna, 21 May (HS). Maihar Collector Rani Batad went on a tour of various rural areas of the district on Tuesday. During this, he observed the operation of the government office and the progress of construction works. During inspection, the Collector found the Anganwadi center of Jeetnagar closed on the spot. Also, during the inspection, many irregularities were reported in the fair price shop of village Podi. It was told that this month’s food grains have not been distributed. On this, the Collector gave instructions to take action against those concerned who were negligent in the implementation of government schemes.
Collector Rani Batad also inspected the ongoing construction work of CM Rise School, Maihar. During inspection the construction work was found stopped. He also inspected Anganwadi Center Pondi. Took necessary information from Anganwadi supervisor about vaccination of children and registered children. On this, the Collector gave instructions to take action against the agency carrying out the construction work and the responsible officer. During this, SDM Maihar Vikash Singh, Tehsildar Maihar Jitendra Patel were present.
Part-time purchase will be done for 3 days in Koyalari village
The movement of all vehicles on the Mahanadi Bridge located on Barhi-Mahar Road has been banned by Collector Katni. Farmers of Kayelari village, located on the other side of the Mahanadi bridge, are selling their crops at the Amatara procurement centre. But due to the restrictive order issued regarding the movement of vehicles on Mahanadi Bridge, farmers are facing a lot of problems in selling their produce. In view of this, Maihar Collector Rani Batad has issued an order to operate the Amatara Procurement Center for 3 days in village Koylari on a part-time basis, while providing the facility of crop sale to the farmers.
