The other accused in this case and former assistant secretary of the wrestling association, Vinod Tomar, has also denied the allegations and declared himself innocent. He said in the court that all this is a lie. We have complete evidence. Never called at home, never scolded or threatened. All allegations are false.
Brij Bhushan Singh has filed an application seeking CCTV CDR and other details including hotel documents. His lawyer said that my visit was official, the allegation against me is that I was in the same hotel while abroad and I got the opportunity to commit this crime. Even though I was not staying in the same hotel. In the Delhi office incidents, my defense is that I was not in Delhi then. These documents are easily available on WFI.

Cannot give longer date: Court
The court refused to drag the case for a long time and said that the Supreme Court has ordered that long dates should not be given in MP-MLA cases. The judge said that he goes to my court for a maximum of 10 to 15 dates. We cannot give a date more than 10 days away. The court has fixed the next hearing of the case on June 1 at 2 pm.
