If you do not get time to eat amidst the rush and busy schedule, then use these things.
Latest News (Health Corner) :- Busy working days don't really allow anyone to think about anything else. Sometimes, you get so caught up and forget about diet and nutrition. On those days when you are not able to find much time to eat, the least you can do is to eat the right kind of food in whatever little time we get. In an Instagram post, nutritionist Pooja Makhija shared some ideas about possible foods you can choose while working out or enjoying on the go.
She captioned the post, “A little planning goes a long way. The best way to make the most of a busy day is to make sure you fuel your body with thought and care.” In the video, Pooja shared what she does whenever she goes somewhere. He suggested carrying the following things on a packed day.
1) Curd Rice
Pooja said that curd rice is her favorite nutritious food. You can take it with you and consume it during your lunch break at work. If you can't make it, you can instead have a box full of mixed veg pulao, egg fried rice, nutritious sprouted moong pulao, khichdi (semi-dry), frankie, or delicious stuffed rotis, said Pooja.
This is yet another good food option that you can choose while you are busy with work. You can take Poha as a meal or even take it as a filler for two hours. If you do not have it stored at home at this time, you can also take upma, veg porridge or quinoa salad.
3) Egg Sandwich
Healthy sandwiches are a great breakfast option and Pooja reiterated this in the video. She shared that she takes egg sandwiches on the go. But if you don't like eggs, don't worry! You can prepare some nice vegetable sandwiches, a simple peanut butter sandwich or a delicious vegetable toastie.
4) Nuts
For fillers, you can take some dry fruits which are nutritious and good for the body. You can consider nuts as munchies as they are a wonderful healthy snacking option.
5) Fruit
You can carry fruits as they have a lot of health benefits and can satiate you instantly. Fruits can also help curb sweet cravings.
