Scientists solved 4,000 year old mystery, how Egyptian pyramids were built

Scientists have made a new claim about the world famous pyramids built thousands of years ago in Giza, Egypt. Scientists say they have finally solved the centuries-old mystery of how 31 pyramids, including the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, were built more than 4,000 years ago. Scientists have denied that there was any divine power or alien help behind their creation. Scientists say that there was no help from extraterrestrial beings in the construction of the pyramids.
According to the Saudi Gazette report, an unprecedented discovery by researchers at the University of North Carolina Wilmington shows that these pyramids were built along a buried branch of the Nile River, hidden under desert sand and fields. For many years archaeologists have speculated that the ancient Egyptians used waterways to transport the large stone blocks and other materials needed to build the pyramids. However, the exact location of this waterway is still not clear.
Mention of Ahramat in new research
The newly discovered ‘Ahramat’ branch, approximately 64 kilometers (39 miles) long, was used as a transportation waterway for workers and construction materials to the pyramid sites, the new study says. Researchers used a combination of radar satellite data, geophysical surveys and soil coring to map this hidden branch.
According to the study, ‘Innumerable valley temples in Egypt have not yet been found and may therefore still be buried under agricultural fields and desert sand along the river bank of the Ahramat branch.’ The reasons why this branch of the river dried up or disappeared remain uncertain. Researcher Iman Ghoneim says it’s most likely that a period of drought and desertification caused sand to wash away in the area, causing the river to silt up and dry up.
