If Congress comes to power, Sharia law will be implemented in the country: CM Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday made serious allegations against the Congress and said that in its election manifesto, the Congress has made clear its intention to implement Sharia law in the country and resell public property. Addressing the election rally in Amroha, Yogi Adityanath said that Congress and its allies have betrayed the country and now they have again come forward with their false election manifesto. If we look at the election manifesto of Congress, they say that if their government is formed then they will implement Sharia law. You tell me whether this country should be run by the Constitution or by Sharia?
Chief Minister Adityanath further said that the Congress people say in their election manifesto that we will implement personal law. That means Sharia law will be implemented because Modiji has stopped the practice of triple talaq. They say that they will re-implement the personal law. Intensifying his rhetoric, he alleged that the Congress manifesto states that they will take people’s money and convert it. Look at the condition of these shameless people. On one hand they have their eyes on your wealth and on the other hand they make mafia and criminals their necklace and recite Fatiha in their name. Referring to Manmohan Singh’s statement, he said that former PM Manmohan Singh had said that Muslims have the first right on the country’s resources. If this is so, then where will the Dalits, backward class people and Khadgavanshis, friends, poor and farmers go? Where will the mothers and sisters go, where will the youth go?
Modi government ended terrorism
Chief Minister Adityanath said that terrorism has ended during the tenure of Modi government. He said that 10 years ago there was an atmosphere of terror and fear in the country. People were scared. After 2014, terrorism was controlled and by 2019, Modi ji removed Article 370, the root of terrorism from Jammu and Kashmir. Today terrorism has ended in the country. Today Pakistan fears that even by mistake, if any terrorist incident happens in India and any innocent civilian is killed, then it will have to suffer the consequences.
