  • 1 kg milk
  • 250 grams mango
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 2 spoons chopped cashews
  • 5 ground cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios
  • 2 spoons almonds
  • 2 spoons ghee

Wash the milk and grate it. Cut it into 3 inch pieces. This will make grinding easier. Grind it using a grater or food processor, remove the seeds from the center. Raw milk must be tasted. Sometimes it can be bitter. Test the milk and experiment. – Grated milk is ready, take it out in a plate. – Now take a pan and add milk in it. Keep on low flame. Cover and let it cook until soft. There is more water in milk. With this water he will ascend to heaven. Keep stirring the halwa for some time. – Add sugar to it and keep it covered again for four minutes. The sugar will dissolve and then open. – Keep the gas on high and keep stirring the halwa so that the water burns properly. Cut dry fruits and keep them with you. – Now mix mawa in it well. – Then add ghee in it. Keep stirring continuously.
