The rally, which started from Ratan Bihari Park, reached Ganga Theatre, where District Election Officer Namrata Vrishni administered the oath to everyone to exercise their franchise. On the way, the participants appealed for voting through various slogans. The programs of the fourth day were organized on the theme of green color.
