Jubin Nautiyal will perform at Shipra’s Ramghat

Ujjain, 08 April (HS). The Municipal Corporation is lighting 5 lakh lamps simultaneously at Ramghat and other ghats of Shipra River on Tuesday night.

This program will be organized on zero waste theme. Immediately after the end of the program, the lamps used during the Deepotsav will be kept in cages made of iron mesh and the ghats will be cleaned immediately. Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Municipal Corporation has also deployed additional employees for cleaning the ghats.

Jubin Nautiyal will perform from the stage built on Shipra river.

On April 9, the Pratipada date of Chaitra month, the ghats of Shipra will be illuminated with the light of five lakh lamps in the evening. In the night, famous singer Jubin Nautiyal will perform from a grand stage built in the middle of Shipra river. On Tuesday evening, five lakh lamps will be lit at Ram Ghat, Datta Akhara Ghat, Narsingh Ghat, Gurudwara Ghat and other ghats of Shipra River. After Deepotsav, famous singer Jubin Nautiyal will reach here to give a singing performance.

A stage has been constructed between Ram Ghat and Dutt Akhara Ghat of Shipra River for the performance of singer Jubin Nautiyal from 8 pm on Gudi Padwa. Nautiyal will present a singing program from this stage. A stage has been set up for the guests under Ranoji’s umbrella. After the festival of lights, common people will also be able to enjoy the performance from the banks of the ghat. Regarding the preparations for the event, Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, SP Pradeep Sharma along with the officials inspected the ghat and gave instructions for the arrangements.
