IMD Rain Warning: There will be heavy rain in these states for the next 6 days, know the weather condition of your state
IMD rainfall Alert: According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is severe heat in many parts of the country including the north-western states. The heat of May and June starts being felt in the month of April itself. However, the Meteorological Department has given relief that due to less effect of El Nino, monsoon rains this year are likely to be much more than last year. IMD has also given weather update for the next 6 days. The effect of heat will continue in the states of South India for the next 6 days. However, apart from severe heat and heat wave alerts in many parts, heavy rains have also been predicted in many states. IMD says that in the next 6 days, heavy rain and lightning may occur in eight states including West Bengal and Sikkim.
The Meteorological Department said in its latest bulletin that heat wave conditions will persist in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana on April 7. Apart from this, the effect of heat wave can also be seen in Karnataka and Telangana. Hot weather will continue in areas of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry and Gujarat till April 10. Heat wave may be experienced in Karnataka and Goa.
Heavy rain in these eight states
The Meteorological Department has given relief news on the weather of north-eastern states. IMD has predicted light to moderate rain and lightning with isolated thunderstorms over Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura in the next 6 days.
IMD has predicted light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds in Jharkhand till April 10. At the same time, there may be rain in West Bengal, Odisha and Bihar till tomorrow. There will be rain in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra till April 12. The Meteorological Department said that there will be light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds in Kerala till April 12 and in Andhra Pradesh today.
How will the weather be in Delhi?
The maximum temperature in the country’s capital Delhi is 36 degrees Celsius, which is one degree more than the season’s normal, while the minimum temperature has been recorded at 19 degrees Celsius. IMD has predicted cloudy weather in Delhi from 9 to 12 April, but today the weather will be clear but strong winds will blow.
