– Three cups sour curd

– Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, whole red chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida and turmeric powder and fry them.
– Now add curd-gram flour mixture, mango pulp, salt and water and cook for half an hour.
