Pressure on stock market, Sensex and Nifty fell in early trading

New Delhi. The domestic stock market seems to be trading under pressure today. Today the market had a mixed start at a flat level. After the start of trading, both Sensex and Nifty indices reached the red mark due to selling pressure. However, after getting buying support in between, both these indices entered the green for some time. But after this, due to selling pressure once again, both the stock market indices fell into the red. After the first hour of trading, Sensex was trading down by 0.16 percent and Nifty by 0.12 percent. During the first one hour of trading, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of BPCL, Adani Ports, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Auto and HDFC Bank were trading with a strength of 2.51 percent to 1.19 percent. On the other hand, shares of Hero MotoCorp, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, Wipro and JSW Steel were seen trading with a fall of 1.90 per cent to 0.96 per cent.

In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,173 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,709 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 464 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 11 shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 19 shares were trading in the red due to selling pressure. While 23 shares included in Nifty were seen trading in green mark and 27 shares were seen trading in red mark. BSE Sensex opened today with a slight gain of 7.75 points at the level of 74,022.30. Due to selling pressure as soon as trading started, this index fell into the red and reached the level of 73,792.53 points. However, after this, buyers tried to create buying pressure, due to which this index jumped to the green mark and reached 74,099.78 points. But after this, due to selling started once again, this index dived into the red mark. After the first hour of trading amid continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am the Sensex was trading at the level of 73,898.34 points with a weakness of 116.21 points.

Unlike Sensex, NSE’s Nifty started trading today with a slight decline of 3.20 points at the level of 22,458.80 points. As soon as the market opened, due to selling pressure, this index fell to the level of 22,414.35 points. However, after this, after getting buying support, this index also made its place in the green mark for some time. But in the first half hour of trading, the index once again fell into the red due to selling pressure. After the first hour of trading between continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am Nifty was trading at the level of 22,434.90 points with a fall of 27.10 points. Before this, on the last trading day on Monday, the Sensex had closed at the level of 74,014.55 points with a gain of 363.20 points or 0.49 percent. At the same time, Nifty jumped 135.10 points or 0.61 percent and ended Monday’s trading at the level of 22,462 points.
