Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Pro with 120 Hz curved screen launched in India: Prices, availability, specifications

Vivo on Thursday launched the new Vivo V30 series in India. The lineup includes the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro smartphones, both featuring a 50 MP selfie camera, a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W fast wired charging support, and a 1.5K curved screen.

The standard model is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, while the Pro model draws power from a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. Let’s take a detailed look at the two new Vivo phones.

Vivo V30 series India prices and availability

The Vivo V30 starts at Rs 33,999 for the base 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model. Meanwhile, the 8 GB + 256 GB model costs Rs 35,999 and the 12 GB + 512 GB model costs Rs 37,999. This phone arrives in Andaman Blue, Classic Black, and Peacock Green colours.

The Vivo V30 Pro starts at Rs 41,999 for the base 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model, whereas the 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage model costs Rs 46,999. It arrives in Andaman Blue and Classic Black colours.

Both the phones will go on sale starting March 14 via Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and other retail stores. Pre-booking of the smartphone will start from March 7, 2024. Vivo is also offering bank discounts on the purchase of these two devices in addition to no-cost EMI and exchange bonus.

Both the smartphones in the Vivo V30 series feature a 6.78-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED screen with support for 120 Hz refresh rate and 2,800 nits of peak brightness. The standard model draws power from a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, paired with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. The Pro model is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, paired with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. Both the devices run FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14.

The Vivo V30 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, which includes a primary 50 MP sensor with OIS and a 50 MP ultrawide-angle sensor. The rear camera module is paired with an Aura Ligth flash unit. The Pro model carries an additional 50 MP portrait camera on the back. Both phones come with a 50 MP selfie camera on the front. The series packs a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 80W fast wired charging. Both devices sport an in-display fingerprint sensor.
