Badam Milk Shake

Material: For 1 cup milk shake, almonds, cashews 10-10, pistachios ½ teaspoon, dates 3, a pinch of cardamom powder, one cup milk.
Method: Soak all the dry fruits in water 4 to 5 hours before use. Soaking them before use makes them easier to digest. Remove the dry fruits from water and peel them. Cut dry fruits, dates, add a pinch of cardamom powder and a little milk in a blender and prepare the shake until the paste becomes very fine. Now add the remaining milk and mix well, your dry fruit milk shake is ready.
Coconut Laddoos

Material: Two cups grated coconut, one teaspoon ghee, three cups milk, one cup sugar, dry fruits as per choice.
Method: Heat ghee in a pan and add coconut and fry it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes till it turns golden. Now add milk and sugar and cook well till it starts leaving the sides of the vessel. Add dry fruits and leave it to cool. Now make small laddus of it and keep it. You can eat it for 10 to 15 days.

Material: Ajwain 500 grams, ghee 250 grams, sugar 500 grams, coriander 200 grams, gum 100 grams, grated coconut 50 grams, almonds and cashews three to four teaspoons chopped.
Method: Dry the celery and clean it well. Also dry the coriander and grind it. Fry the gum in hot ghee and grind it finely. Now mix all the ingredients well, add sugar and desi ghee and prepare laddus with dry fruits. Celery laddus are ready, take it with hot milk.Advantages: 1. It is useful in back pain.2. Flour Pudding
Material: Flour 200 grams, sugar 100 grams, semolina two teaspoons, milk one cup, desi ghee 100 grams, dry fruits two teaspoons, coconut powder two teaspoons, a pinch of cardamom powder.
Method: First of all, heat ghee in a pan on gas and add flour and semolina and fry till golden. In another vessel, add some water and make sugar syrup. When the flour turns golden, add sugar syrup to it and mix and also add milk. Stir the halwa well so that it does not stick. After cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, the flour halwa will start thickening, now mix coconut powder with dry fruits and cardamom powder well. Your nutritious halwa is ready, eat it hot.

Material: One cup coriander seeds, half cup grated coconut, half cup sugar powder, 10 each of almonds and cashews.
Method: Heat a spoonful of ghee in a pan and lightly fry the coriander and later take it out and fry the coconut in the same pan. Now lightly brown the dry fruits too. Grind the coriander after it cools down, mix coconut and dry fruit powder in it well. Add cow ghee and prepare panjiri and keep it. You can eat it for 15 to 20 days.Advantages: 1.
