Sachin Tendulkar, born on 24 April 1973 in Mumbai, has been decorated with the country’s highest civilian award Bharat Ratna. He is the first sportsperson and the youngest person to be honored with India’s highest civilian honour. Sachin Tendulkar, known as the Master Blaster, is considered one of the world’s greatest batsmen in cricket. Sachin Tendulkar is the only cricketer in the world to play 200 tests.
